ATLANTA – February 5, 2024 – Atlanta Gas Light submitted its Integrated Capacity Development Plan to the Georgia Public Service Commission on Feb. 1. The document, referred to as the i-CDP, provides insight into the company’s long-range plans for initiatives that will enable it to meet increased demand and deliver superior customer service while continuing to serve the state safely and reliably.
The i-CDP provides the PSC and other stakeholders with a 10-year long-range forecast of interstate, intrastate and distribution capacity asset requirements for Atlanta Gas Light’s system, with a more detailed look at the first three years of the plan. The company files updates to the plan for consideration every three years.
The plan also provides comprehensive programs necessary to operate a safe and reliable natural gas system to meet current and future customer demand.
